1. Shipping Destination

  • emoose® provides Free Shipping to
  • United States of America  (the lower 48 states)
  • European Union (the mainland EU)
    • VAT is 100% deductible if you have a VAT number, please email us to get support: support@emoose.com

2. Ground Day & Order Tracking

  • For products in stock, we'll arrange shipment within 48 hours after your order was placed successfully. It may take 4-15 business days to be delivered.
  • A shipping/tracking number confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the shipment begins.
  • You can track your order here if you have registered an emoose account.

Notice:
If your package has been signed, but you haven't received it, please call your local carrier first to check the package situation, and feel free to contact us to get support at support@emoose.com

5. Shipping on a Returned Product

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide a reverse shipping facility.

6. Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item may be damaged during transportation as received. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact:support@emoose.com and provide us with photos or video proof.

*Notice: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims after 7 days of delivery.
